The UCSB Library’s Kenneth Karmiole Endowed Research Fellowship is available to scholars and graduate students to conduct research in the UCSB Library Special Research Collections.
Applications are open now until Jan 31, 2025. 
Note that applicants must be able to work in the US–in order to receive the award money, campus requires a W9 form.
UCSB students, faculty, and emeriti are not eligible.
Applicants must be engaged in graduate-level, post-doctoral, academic or independent research.
Collections available for fellowship-supported research include rare books, journals, manuscripts, archives, printed ephemera, photographs, audiovisual materials, maps, recordings, and other items.
AWARD:  $5,000.00
