SALARY: £35,640 – £41,763
We are looking for a Digital Media Specialist Team Leader to join the BFI’s Data & Digital Preservation Team within the Knowledge, Learning & Collections Directorate. The Team Leader will provide effective leadership and operational oversight for a team delivering digital audiovisual preservation and access services. This includes managing team performance and development, ensuring clear communication and collaboration, and maintaining high standards across technical workflows. The Team Leader will support strategic planning, promotes a positive and inclusive team culture, and ensures compliance with organisational policies, while engaging with wider departmental and external initiatives.
