Our focused, single-track format fosters deep engagement and meaningful connections, bringing together voices from institutions like MoMA, Getty, the Library of Congress, the Huntington, and Yale University to share practical insights about using DAM to enhance access, streamline workflows, maintain content provenance, and ensure long-term preservation of digital collections.

NAVIGATING THE SHIFTING FUNDRAISING LANDSCAPE

Join Teague Schneiter and Casey Davis for a timely and practical conversation on navigating the shifting fundraising landscape. This session will provide a strategic overview of fundraising fundamentals, from prospecting and cultivating relationships to making the ask and stewarding support over time. They will explore ways to build strong partnerships with private foundations, engage corporate sponsors, and creatively leverage alternative funding sources, while staying grounded in our missions and communities.

The AMIA Conference Committee invites proposal submissions for sessions, posters, and workshops for the AMIA Annual Conference to be held December 3-5 in Baltimore, MD.

We encourage you to read the Call for Proposals Notes and FAQ which explain the review process and offers information and tips on what the reviewers and the Conference Committee consider in the proposal process. You can contact our Proposal Help Desk with any questions throughout the process.

Deadline: AMIA 2025 Scholarships

  • The Sony Pictures Scholarship is supported by Sony Pictures Entertainment. In 1998, it became the first scholarship to be offered on an annual basis for study in the field.
  • The George Blood LP Women in AV Archiving and Technology Scholarship is supported by George Blood LP.
  • The Broadening Perspectives Scholarship is supported by George Blood, LP.
