Director of Client Services and Office Operations – Full Time
Chicago Film Archives, a small and independent regional film archive, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented person to join our full-time staff as Director of Client Services and Office Operations. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of archival film practices; be comfortable in creating and tracking jobs via Google Workspace, Dropbox, and Office Suite tools; have an interest in “the business-side” of nonprofits, and possess excellent communication skills.
CFA’s mission is to collect, preserve and provide access to films that represent the moving image heritage of the Midwest. The services CFA provides to the public include film digitization, archival footage licensing, collections management, and film rentals. The Client Services Director will maintain and develop professional and effective channels of communication with clients and other staff when necessary.
Purpose of this position: Communicate CFA’s preservation practices and facilitate its services to potential and existing clients, while building CFA’s profile as a leading center of film preservation and expertise in the Midwest.

Health benefits accompany a starting salary of $35-38,000.
