2026 Pathways Internship

The Warner Bros. Global Archives supports the AMIA Pathways Fellowship program by offering a paid internship for currently enrolled Graduate students in an ALA-accredited Library Science or Archives program.

The ideal candidate is hardworking with a positive attitude, interested in a studio archive profession, detail-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team, and has previous internship or professional experience.  Through mentorship and hands-on practice, the intern will gain proficiency in modern archival practice with a focus on the preservation of our collection of early sound-on-disc technology (Vitaphone).

Duties include cataloging, creation of documentation, preparing items for transfer, and QC the resulting files for submission into the Digital Vault.  The intern will work closely with archivists, archive staff, and audio specialists.

Candidates must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. Candidates currently on any student or exchange visa, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1, etc., will not be eligible for the internship. ​

The internship is a total of 300 hours total over approximately 10 weeks, beginning in June 2026, at a rate of $25 per hour.
