LVMH : Sponsors the Digital Restoration of Jacques Demy's Film The Umbrellas of Cherbourg

As part of its commitment to the cultural and creative heritage of France and Europe, LVMH today announced it will support the digital restoration of one of the general public's most beloved films, The Umbrellas of Cherbourg. The film, which was directed by Jacques Demy in 1963 and starred Catherine Deneuve, won the Palme d'Or at Cannes in 1964 and was nominated for five Oscars.
